Tudo o resto é pó da estrada.

We have known Isabel Ribeiro since 1998. We sponsored her as an au pair for a year. During that time, we entrusted our children to her care and she did a wonderful job. Our children still remember her very fondly and Isabel continues to keep in touch with them. We have added a few more children to our family and Isabel has continued to see them grow. We were involved in the Au Pair in America program for seven years. Of the seven au pairs we sponsored, Isabel was our best. She was always responsible with the kids, treated them like we would do so ourselves, was respectful to us, and essentially became a member of our family for that year. We can honestly say that Isabel has a very caring disposition toward children and they related to her well. Children tend to gravitate toward Isabel because of her kindness toward them.
After returning home to Portugal, Isabel decided to visit the United States for another six months to visit the many friends she made in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. We were happy to allow her to stay with us for that time period. She and her mother returned the hospitality when we took our family to Portugal for a family trip. We still consider that visit to Porto one of our best vacations. The kindness that Isabel and her family showed us was truly astounding. We would be honored to have her visit us again.
Overall, we have known Isabel to be a person with a kind heart and good intentions.
We would welcome her to our home anytime. In fact we hope to be able to see each other again in the future. If there are any questions regarding Isabel, we would be happy to answer them at any time.
Sincerely,
Dennis and Shelley Kim
